We have recently hired a full-time technician, and it=92s important that we=
 begin utilizing him effectively in our daily operations. Currently, contin=
uing to engage the additional daily technician is proving to be very costly=
.
To reduce expenses, I recommend we "discontinue the daily technician servic=
e, we can call him only in emergency requirement" and allocate tasks to our=
 in-house technicians to manage the workload efficiently. This adjustment w=
ill help control costs while maintaining operational performance.
